A graduate of UC Berkeley, Will embarked on a benefits career with John Hancock before joining WESPAC in 1998. In his early tenure, Will developed an effective network with Charles Schwab and their branch retirement plan specialists to educate and promote Schwab's partnership program with selected firms. He supported both startup and seasoned retirement plans which did not meet their national service model. In the ensuing years, Will further honed his relationship development and sale skills through servicing a broad brokerage base with Principal Financial and Nationwide’s retirement programs. His key responsibilities with WESPAC include the continued education role with SCHWAB while developing new consulting opportunities in concert with WESPAC. Will manages our strategic relationship with key branches of Charles Schwab in California and the western region.
